JACS Information
Journal of Acute Care Surgery (J Acute Care Surg) is the Official Publication of Korean Society of Acute Care Surgery(KSACS) and The Korea Association of Trauma Nurses(KATN) and is published on the last day of March, July and November in English. It is open access peer-reviewed journal that focuses on acute care surgery. The first issue was published in 2011, as the Journal of Surgical Critical Care (ISSN No. 2234-2923). The journal was renamed as the Journal of Acute Care Surgery (pISSN 2288-5862, eISSN 2288-9582) in October 2013. It's pursuing high quality medical research via publishing related papers in the area. J Acute Care Surg encourages submission of manuscripts related to acute care surgery especially surgical critical care, emergency surgery, and trauma.
